Bring Your Data Questions to JWST Experts during Webb Office Hours

January 31, 2024

About This Article

Beginning February 8, 2024, STScI will host “Webb Office Hours” — an opportunity for JWST Users to directly interact with JWST experts. We invite the science community to bring their questions about topics such as the JWST Pipeline, science instrument performance, proposal planning, executed observations, or any other questions about their data. We also welcome comments and feedback to help us improve our systems and better serve the needs of the astronomical community. We want to hear from you!

Webb Office Hours will be held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 11:00 am (Eastern Time) via WebEx. For full details, including WebEx links and password, please visit the Webb Office Hours page on the JWST Event Archive. These events will not be recorded, but questions and answers arising from the sessions will be captured on the Webb Office Hours page for future reference. If you cannot attend Webb Office Hours, we encourage users to visit the JWST Help Desk to access expert help about any aspect of the JWST project.
