The JWST 2025 User Survey Is Now Available

October 29, 2025

About This Article

STScI wants to hear from all JWST users through our annual user survey. Observers who participated on Cycle 5 proposals or who have worked with JWST data in any capacity are encouraged to complete the survey. We are especially interested to hear your thoughts on how well you were supported by STScI throughout the year.

The survey will remain open for several weeks, until JWST users affected by the U.S. government shutdown have had the opportunity to fill it in. We will send a reminder about a week before the survey is closed.

Your experience, feedback, suggestions, and time are highly valued. The information collected will be carefully analyzed to help prioritize improvements across all aspects of the JWST user experience. Thanks for helping shape the future of the JWST!

To receive notifications about the latest pipeline and calibration updates, observatory operations, upcoming events and workshops, please subscribe to the JWST Observer News mailing list (at the bottom of this page).
