About This Article
The JWST user community is invited to attend Webb Office Hours, a welcoming, open session hosted twice a month by a team of STScI experts to directly support users working with JWST data and tools. The sessions offer an opportunity to:
- Ask questions about JWST observations, the pipeline, calibration, science instrument performance, data analysis tools, and proposal planning
- Discuss challenges regarding your specific science use case
- Get support for any issue you are facing, big or small
- Provide comments and feedback to help us improve our systems and better serve the needs of the astronomical community
To ensure targeted support, breakout rooms with subject matter experts are available for deeper discussions as needed. Sessions are generally held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 11 a.m. (US Eastern Time). The next session will be this Thursday, February 26th.
For full details, including WebEx links and password, please visit the Webb Office Hours page. The sessions are not recorded, but questions and answers are anonymously captured on the Webb Office Hours page for future reference. If you cannot attend Webb Office Hours, we encourage users to visit the JWST Help Desk to access expert help about any aspect of the JWST mission.
