2019 Spirit of Lyot Conference Report

In late October, a subset of the Makidon lab group set out to Tokyo to attend the “Spirit of Lyot” conference. Our work in the lab was represented by two contributions:  

Iva gave a presentation about the current status of HiCAT in the laboratory session on Friday 10/25/19.

Marshall brought a poster about HiCAT.

The breaks and poster sessions gave plenty of opportunity to interface with our colleagues and collaborators from around the world, and we used this opportunity to talk to other testbed teams like the ones at JPL, Caltech and in Paris. 

Additionally, there was time to do some procurement for the lab.
