We are requesting rapid followup observations during cycle 12 to make observations sufficient for a preliminary characterization of the orbital period, semimajor axis, eccentricity, and inclination. In particular, it is urgent to determine if this object is a candidate for observable mutual events in the near future, a possibility that would greatly add to its scientific interest. The study of TNBs is in a stage of explosive growth, fueled in large part by the capabilities of HST that we seek to exploit.
