Abstract We will use archival HST spectra of QSOs, BL Lac objects, and Seyfert galaxies to perform a systematic, unbiased survey for moderate-redshift damped LyAlpha absorption systems. This survey will complement and extend a similar survey that has been carried out using IUE.
