Abstract We will obtain optical spectra of a number of knots in the shell of GKPer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Observations Description ------------------------ Spectra using the gratings G750L and G430L will be obtained using STIS with the 52X0.5 Slit. This will give a total coverage from 2900 to 10200 angstroms. The orientation will be set from WFPC2 observations so that several knots on edge of the nova shell will fall on the slit. We will peak up on a star and offset to the position desired for the observation. A second offset may be done if time permits.
