Dear Elena, You submitted HOPR 92041 for HST program 16316 on July 27, 2021. After review, the Telescope Time Review Board (TTRB) approves your request and awards four orbits to repeat Visit 15, and 16, which suffered a failed guide-star acquisition, leading to degraded data. The request is within the 90-day limit and the program is less than 90% complete. The failed data will be made public immediately. Claus Leitherer, head of the Science Policies Group, has concurred in our recommendation. Please work with your PC to prepare a revised Phase II file. The scheduling of the repeat will be handled on a best-effort basis, and will be on hold until the current high failure rate is better understood. With best regards, Bill for the TTRB Space Telescope Science Institute e-mailed to PI/PC/CS Sabbi/Vick/Avila cc: TTRB, HST Mission Office, ACS User Support
