This chapter describes the OPUS pre-archive pipeline system developed at STScI. This system provides NICMOS observers with calibrated data after various instrumental signatures have been removed, a conversion to flux units is provided, and exposures obtained using patterns are combined into associations. A detailed description of the analysis of HST data in general and NICMOS data in particular can be found in the HST Data Handbook.
