Communication and Support

The various JWST user committees assist in the smooth operations of the observatory and help ensure effective communication between the various stakeholders. 

The active JWST user committees are listed below. Information about and recommendations from the JWST Advisory Committee (JSTAC) can be found in the History section.

  • JWST Users Committee

    Cosmic Cliffs observed by JWST using NIRCam.

    The JWST Users Committee provides user advice to the observatory as a whole and ensures operations proceed as expected to maximize the observatory's scientific performance.
