A) Globular clusters in M31 (with HST WFPC2 and FOC data): CMDs have been obtained for 8 clusters, reaching below the Horizontal Branch level. The slope of the relation Mv(HB) vs. [Fe/H] is 0.13+/- 0.07 (the zeropoint depends on the assumed distance to M31). Archive data on 5 more clusters is presently being analysed, WFPC2 observations of 10 more clusters are scheduled for August 98. B) Globular clusters in the Galaxy: RR Lyraes in M3 - BVI CCD photometry of 60 variables, to study pulsation and evolution properties. The data have been submitted for publication, the analysis is in progress. BHB stars in NGC6752, 288 and 1904 - medium resolution spectroscopy, to study the characteristics (e.g. temperature and gravity) of these stars. Stellar populations in the core of M3, M13, M92, M5, M10, NGC1904 (with HST WFPC2 data) - to study the luminosity function, the binary population etc. C) RR Lyraes and BHB stars in the Galactic Halo: Survey on about 300$^{\circ}$2 within 10$^{\circ}$ from the NGP, using GSC2 p.m. data plus ground-based photometry and spectroscopy, for stars with V < 16 (d <10 kpc), to study the characteristics (kinematics, dynamics) of the Galactic Halo.
