NOTES

Refreshments

Refreshments will be available at the morning and afternoon breaks to those registered for the Workshop. The afternoon refreshments will be served at the rear of the Cafeteria, near the room with the posters.

Posters

Posters should be put up in the Cafeteria Conference Room, which is on floor 2 (the same as the Auditorium) and near the back corner of the Cafeteria. If you have questions, please go to the registration desk.

Workshop Proceedings

A volume in the ASP Conference Series will be published to contain the work presented here. Authors should ensure that they sign and return the copyright agreement before they depart. Information on formatting has been included with your registration materials, or you may contact the registration desk. We intend to provide a copy of these proceedings to all registered participants.

Audio-Visual Assistance

An overhead projector will be available at all times. If you require additional hardware (e.g., for slides or video), please see the registration desk, D. Soderblom, or one of the assistants.

Science Writers' Workshop

A workshop for science writers will be held on Wednesday the 16th, from 12:30 to 2:30. Those who have been asked to participate should proceed to the STScI Board Room on the 4th floor.
