The following news arrived from Jerry Gimmel 8/4/06:

I am still working at the practice of law in Gaithersburg, doing primarily
estate planning, probate and business law.  Ironically, as we have aged, an
increasing portion of my practice is what is known as elderlaw.  My three
children are all grown, married, and have their own businesses (but none of
them are lawyers).  My son, Jeff, has an American bistro type restaurant,
Swoon Kitchenber, in Hudson, NY which has received great reviews.  Carol and
I are also enjoying our two grandsons and one step-grandson.
