My research interests lie in gravitational microlensing and the study of anomalies in the light curves of gravitational microlensing events. I'm particularly interested in using the monitoring of microlensing as a tool for the detection of extra-solar planets and I take an interest in extra-solar planet detection in general. I'm currently a member of PLANET which is a worldwide collaboration designed to meet the challenge of microlensing monitoring. My research interests also lie in using spectroscopy of Galactic microlensing events as a tool for studying the kinematics and extinction effects in the Galactic bulge.
