The JWST Help Desk is a resource for questions and information regarding JWST instruments, tools, and software. I work as a NIRCam Help Desk contributor and a triage agent, assigning and answering NIRCam-related questions. I am also part of the JWST Help Desk working group.
The JWST user documentation (JDox) is a collection of articles on the web that serve as a user-friendly source of information that would typically be found in instrument and data handbooks.
As a JWST JDox contributor, I help update and write content for the documentation pages, and maintain the NIRCam version control system for JDox figures and information on GitHub.
JWST is an important and exciting observatory that is widely used. To help observers learn how to use NIRCam and process their data, I provide support during JWST sessions at various meetings, and develop training materials in the form of webinars and Jupyter notebooks.
