Post-flash, enabled in APT for cycle 20, will be preferable to the Charge Injection mode described on the WFC3 CTE page. A white paper, with instructions for determining whether post-flash is necessary for WFC3/UVIS images and if so, how to choose the optimum flash level, is in preparation. It will be released here the week of June 25, 2012.
