Supporting Observatory Proposal Processes

We manage the proposal selection programs for the Hubble Space Telescope and the James Webb Space Telescope. We have expertise in the full suite of support, including proposal solicitation, electronic proposal submission, peer review organization, and the collection and analysis of statistics of interest to the community. The procedures are adaptable to a variety of missions and scientific environments.

We build and distribute software to help observers design and plan their proposed observing programs. For example, the Astronomer's Proposal Tool (APT) allows astronomers to prepare and submit proposals for astronomical observations through an interactive user interface.
