The reduction presented in the cookbook is based on WFC3/IR slitless data taken as part of the WFC3 Early Release Science program. Results derived from the data are published in Straughn et al. (2010).

The raw data and all reference files that are necessary to reproduce the data reduction presented in the cookbook are available in a tarball:

Updates
  • 2013-05-31: The cookbook (v1.31) has been updated to reflect changes made to the aXe software to accommodate AstroDrizzle image products. Revisions in the cookbook mainly occur in sections 2.1, 4.2 and 4.4. In the basic grism reduction described in the cookbook, a switch to Astrodrizzle products will only affect the aXe routine iolprep.
