Description

The JWST User Community is invited to call into Webb Office Hours to ask questions and directly interact with a team of STScI JWST experts via WebEx. We welcome questions about the JWST Pipeline, calibration, science instrument performance, proposal planning, executed observations, or any other questions about your data. We also welcome comments and feedback to help us improve our systems and better serve the needs of the astronomical community.

WebEx information can be found on the Webb Office Hours page. Office Hours will be held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 11:00 am (Eastern Time).  

These events will not be recorded, but questions and answers arising from the sessions will be captured on the on the JWST Event Archive for future reference. If you cannot attend Webb Office Hours, we encourage users to visit the JWST Help Desk to access expert help about any aspect of the JWST project.
